Information Technology and elearning at Waikato Diocesan School for Girls

At Waikato Diocesan School we use technology to enhance learning and teaching experiences, as part of an on-going strategic plan for information technology. We have very well equipped classrooms and computer labs, as well the teaching and support staff committed to utilising technology to make lessons interesting and relevant to today’s learners.

This page will provide you with further information about IT at Dio as well as links to websites where you can find out more information about issues such as cyber safety.  The world of technology is a fast moving one which is very exciting in terms of its educational potential.  However, it can also be a real worry when we realise that our children are exposed to a whole world that we do not fully understand.  There is masses of information out there to help us, so hopefully we can guide you inthe right direction.
